Dr. Zoltán Pápista
Zoltán graduated from the Faculty of Law at Eötvös Loránd University in 1994. After his university studies, he studied international and comparative law in the United States on a scholarship. Since 2005, he has been a member of the Budapest Bar Association. He is a founding member of the Jákó and Partners Law Firm. His main area of expertise is economic law, particularly representing multinational companies and Hungarian companies, managing real estate and share transfer transactions, and representing embassies. He provides litigation representation. He also works in the areas of labor law and copyright law. He is fluent in English.

Dr. András Palicz
András graduated from Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Law with cum laude degree in 2016. After his graduation He worked as an associate and a cooperating attorney with Jákó & Partners and its legal predecessor. He is the partner of the Firm since 2022.
András has extensive experience in the field of real estate law, enforcement law and construction law, foreign administrative law and litigation.
He has a degree in agriculture and He is an official MLSZ football referee.

Dr. Zoltán Zimermann
Zoltan graduated in 2018 from Eötvös Loránd University and furthered his studies with six-month periods at KU Leuven and the University of Florence. A member of the Budapest Bar Association as a solicitor since 2023, he is a partner at Jako and Partner Law Firm. His practice is primarily concentrated on litigation across civil matters. He has also a wide experience on employment law, immigration law, real estate law, corporate law and also notable involvement in NGO-related legal issues. Zoltan speaks fluent English.

Dr. Máté Vida
Mate is one of the founder, co-manager and named partner of Jako and Partner Law Firm. His practice focuses on high-value and complex corporate related transactions, which includes in particular but not limited to involvement in merger and acquisition from the due diligence phase through to the acquisition of the last share, corporate finance, capital markets transactions. Mate has handed over a hundred property transactions - both seller and buyer side - in his practice. He has also wide-ranging experience in litigation covering breach of contracts, damages claims and other civil disputes. Besides his extensive professional experience, Mate is well known for his problem solving skills and client focused attitude, moreover, he dedicated to all kind of sports.

Dr. Balázs Riczo
Balázs Riczo has been a member of the Jákó & Partners Law Firm team since its foundation, initially as a trainee attorney and then as an attorney since January 2024. He has extensive experience in the field of civil law, in particular in the preparation of litigation and out-of-court settlements. In addition, he has extensive experience in real estate transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts and other non-litigation areas of civil law. Balázs speaks Slovak at an advanced level, in addition to Hungarian and English, enabling him to provide a high level of service to Slovak and Czech clients.

Dr. Eszter Papp
Eszter is a candidate lawyer at Jákó and Társai Law Firm, who joined the firm when it was founded. He works in several legal fields, so he has gained extensive experience, especially in the fields of corporate and real estate law. He also participates in litigation, so he has gained insight into various civil litigation cases. During his studies at Eötvös Loránd University, he worked as an intern in a notary's office, during which he performed tasks related to payment order procedures, and he also studied for half a year at the law faculty of the University of Copenhagen. He is currently continuing his studies in the framework of the LLM program, specializing in sports law. With his highly motivated attitude, he supports not only partners, but also clients with his work. Eszter speaks English fluently.

Eszter Révész
Eszter is a fifth-year law student at Eötvös Loránd University's Faculty of Government and Law, and has been working as a legal intern since March 2024 at the Jákó és Tarsai Law Firm. Before that, he spent 3 summers in an international law firm in the areas of banking law, corporate law and real estate law. Its goal is to gain insight into as many aspects of law as possible and to gain extensive experience. His area of interest covers many areas of civil law, including the law of obligations, company law, real estate law, and litigation and non-litigation procedures. The languages he speaks are English and French.

Patrik Martonosi
Patrik is a third-year law student at Eötvös Loránd University's Faculty of Government and Law, and will be a member of the Jákó és Tarsai Law Office team as of October 2022 as an intern. In the course of his work, he gained insight into, among other things, the practical application of real estate law and company law, as well as the operation of immigration enforcement procedures. He is dedicated to getting to know and mastering the widest possible spectrum of the specifics of legal work. He is fluent in English and German.
