Dr. Zoltán Pápista
Zoltán graduated from the Faculty of Law at Eötvös Loránd University in 1994. After his university studies, he studied international and comparative law in the United States on a scholarship. Since 2005, he has been a member of the Budapest Bar Association. He is a founding member of the Jákó and Partners Law Firm. His main area of expertise is economic law, particularly representing multinational companies and Hungarian companies, managing real estate and share transfer transactions, and representing embassies. He provides litigation representation. He also works in the areas of labor law and copyright law. He is fluent in English.
Dr. András Palicz
András graduated from Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Law with cum laude degree in 2016. After his graduation He worked as an associate and a cooperating attorney with Jákó & Partners and its legal predecessor. He is the partner of the Firm since 2022.
András has extensive experience in the field of real estate law, enforcement law and construction law, foreign administrative law and litigation.
He has a degree in agriculture and He is an official MLSZ football referee.

Dr. Zoltán Zimermann
Zoltan graduated in 2018 from Eötvös Loránd University and furthered his studies with six-month periods at KU Leuven and the University of Florence. A member of the Budapest Bar Association as a solicitor since 2023, he is a partner at Jako and Partner Law Firm. His practice is primarily concentrated on litigation across civil matters. He has also a wide experience on employment law, immigration law, real estate law, corporate law and also notable involvement in NGO-related legal issues. Zoltan speaks fluent English.
Dr. Máté Vida
Mate is one of the founder, co-manager and named partner of Jako and Partner Law Firm. His practice focuses on high-value and complex corporate related transactions, which includes in particular but not limited to involvement in merger and acquisition from the due diligence phase through to the acquisition of the last share, corporate finance, capital markets transactions. Mate has handed over a hundred property transactions - both seller and buyer side - in his practice. He has also wide-ranging experience in litigation covering breach of contracts, damages claims and other civil disputes. Besides his extensive professional experience, Mate is well known for his problem solving skills and client focused attitude, moreover, he dedicated to all kind of sports.
Dr. Balázs Riczo
Balázs Riczo has been a member of the Jákó & Partners Law Firm team since its foundation, initially as a trainee attorney and then as an attorney since January 2024. He has extensive experience in the field of civil law, in particular in the preparation of litigation and out-of-court settlements. In addition, he has extensive experience in real estate transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts and other non-litigation areas of civil law. Balázs speaks Slovak at an advanced level, in addition to Hungarian and English, enabling him to provide a high level of service to Slovak and Czech clients.
Dr. Beáta Seres
Beáta joined Jákó és Társai Law Firm in May 2025. She obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Pázmány Péter Catholic University. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked for several years as a lawyer and legal project manager in the public sector. She has extensive experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and internal policies, handling employment law matters, and providing legal support in construction, contracting, building and facility operations. As a project manager, she also contributed to the development and coordination of legal processes and procedures. At the Firm, she works across a broad range of civil law matters, with a particular focus on family law, in which she regularly deepens her expertise through professional training. She also advises on real estate, corporate and employment law, as well as data protection and GDPR compliance. She assists with litigation and client representation, particularly in civil and family law disputes, including the development of dispute prevention and out-of-court settlement strategies, litigation strategies and related submissions. She places particular emphasis on providing legally sound solutions that are clear, practical and tailored to each client’s specific circumstances or business environment.
dr. Eszter Révész
Eszter began working at Jákó and Partners Law Firm as a legal intern in March 2024. She completed her law degree at the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University in January 2025 and subsequently continued her career at the Firm as a trainee lawyer. Before joining the Firm, she spent three summers at an international law firm, gaining professional experience in banking, corporate and real estate law. In her role at the Firm, Eszter assists with the ongoing legal representation of companies and provides legal support for their day-to-day operations. She is also involved in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents. A significant part of her work focuses on resolving employment law matters and preparing the related documentation. In addition, she regularly participates in the preparation and completion of real estate transactions. Through her approachable and helpful manner, Eszter is committed to providing clients with reliable, precise and professional legal support throughout the handling of their legal matters.
dr. Patrik Martonosi
Patrik obtained his law degree from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University in July 2026. He has been a member of the team at Jákó és Társai Ügyvédi Iroda since October 2022, where he began his professional career as a trainee and currently works as a trainee attorney-at-law. Over the past several years, he has gained broad practical experience in various areas of law, including real estate law, immigration law and corporate law, as well as significant experience in handling insolvency-related proceedings and providing legal representation in connection with such matters. In the course of his work, he is involved in representing both domestic and international clients, providing reliable and high-quality legal support in complex matters that often involve multiple areas of law. His work is characterised by a confident, precise and solution-oriented approach. He places particular emphasis on taking into account both the legal and business interests of his clients and on providing effective solutions that are practical and applicable in real-world circumstances. His professional objective is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the legal profession and to continuously deepen the knowledge and expertise he has acquired across various areas of law. He is fluent in English and German.
